The Menu
The restaurant“La Rôtisserie” is the union of quality, know-how and taste punctuated by the seasons.
By reservation in winter, we serve traditional raclette. In summer, you will enjoy thefresh salads on our sunny terrace and the beef tartare prepared in the dining room. In autumn, hunting meats cooked over a wood fire will complement our usual menu of meats grilled by the fire.
All our dishes are homemade using fresh, local produce. A card full of flavors that will delight your taste buds!
The MenuLe Room Service
For your munches, we offer a snack menu, available in room service from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.. You will be able to taste charcuterie and cheese boards from our mountains, salads, sandwiches, pastries, etc.
All this well accompanied by wines from Savoy and elsewhere, sparkling champagnes or any other drink of your choice.

The "La Rôtisserie"" restaurant is open every day (lunch and dinner). Buffet breakfasts served every morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. (by reservation for non-residents).
